The Lindy hop is a partnered dance born in Harlem (N.Y.) in the late Twenties, danced on the swing music played by artists such as Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Benny Goodman and Glenn Miller. It's a dance that pursuits the total fusion between music and movement, through both historical moves and personal styles.
Lindy Hop in Florence's goal is to promote and share the swing dance, music and culture in their most pure form, staying close to the original spirit and technique!
